Refund policy

The customer can refund the products with (14) days from the date of purchase for the amount mentioned in the fixed receipt under Ministry of Commerce Law of Kuwait. In all cases, the product should be in original condition to be accepted in the refund process.

 

يحق للمستهلك في إستبدال واسترجاع السلعة خلال ١٤ يوما من تاريخ الشراء المثبت في الفاتورة وفق لقانون وزارة التجارة في دولة الكويت، بشرط إثبات خيار الرد في فاتورة الشراء، وفي جميع الأحوال أن تكون السلعة بحالتها الأصلية.
